I’d put my money on the “self-appointed guru“.

Parker Gallant writes some of the most lucid commentary on Ontario energy policy. On the other hand, Brad Duguid has had extensive experience with energy issues since, well, his appointment as Minister of Energy earlier this year.

Brad Duguid is the Sham-Wow guy of green giddiness.

He knows nothing about energy except what the lobbyists and parasitic NGOs have told him. After Smitherman left, Duguid was tapped to carry on the charade.

  There is little doubt that Duguid is out of his depth. Left holding the bag for another of Smitherman’s disastrous initiatives, I almost feel sorry for him.
