The prospect of Ontario’s landscape being covered by wind turbines, and the increasing likelihood of living near one, is generating considerable controversy as of late.

To this point, groups opposing the installation of wind projects in their communities have largely been on their own. But as people become aware of the health concerns surrounding these installations and their powerlessness to stop them (thanks to the Liberals’ Green Energy Act), more Ontarians are being drawn into the debate.

This post at Blue Like You has some great links on the topic, as well as some lively discussion. My prediction: Ontarians are not going to roll over so easily if the Liberals try to ram through their Green Energy Act. The pot is about to boil.
